Sports Physicals

If your child’s last physical was not recent enough for sports clearance and you are unable to schedule a well child visit before the forms are due, we offer screening/clearance exams with your pediatrician.

Screenings for sports, camp, or college is NOT covered by your insurance. This is a 15-minute exam that enables us to complete your paperwork. This clearance does not take the place of a thorough routine annual well child visit.

A fee of $60 will be charged for this service and is collected prior to the visit. CVS Minute Clinic has similar sports clearance fees, however they do not have access to your child’s records, medical history or immunizations. Please call our office if you think your child needs a sports physical.
